Download libgist v.2.0/amdb v.1.0

  1. All distributions: libgist-2.0.tar.gz
  2. SHORE patch: please refer to release 1.0 of libgist
  3. For amdb, you also need hMETIS.
  4. libgist user Dr. Thomas Hamelryck contributed a sample program which uses libgist. Compilation hints are also available.
